Magnesium Body Butter This luxurious Magnesium Body Butter is crafted with a deeply hydrating blend of shea and mango butter, combined with fast-absorbing castor oil and antioxidant-rich vitamin E. The addition of arrowroot starch ensures a non-greasy finish, while organic lavender essential oil and vanilla absolute provide a calming, aromatic experience—perfect for a restful night’s sleep. Our Magnesium Spray is 40% magnesium chloride, while our Magnesium Butter is 10% magnesium chloride. That means the spray is more concentrated, while the butter provides a gentler, more hydrating way to absorb magnesium. Magnesium Spray: You need about 15-20 sprays to get 300-400 mg of magnesium, which is close to the recommended daily amount for most adults. Magnesium Butter: A 2.8 oz jar contains about 960 mg of magnesium, so using ¼ teaspoon gives you around 40 mg (about 10% of your daily needs). A ½ teaspoon provides 80 mg (about 20% of your daily needs). The spray is great if you want a stronger dose quickly, while the butter is ideal for daily maintenance, especially if you have sensitive skin. Either way, both are excellent ways to help your body get the magnesium it needs! New Packaging: This butter will now come in an equally-sized brown glass container to protect against sunlight exposure. While it will remain available online and at Thyme Travelers in Mt. Laurel and The Shoppes at Medford Mill, it will not be sold at shows once the weather switches into summer-mode, and will return come fall time and through the winter.
