Production Assistant (Skincare / Small Batch Manufacturing)

This role is about helping make and prepare products with consistency, cleanliness, and attention to detail. You’re not just “helping out in the back.” You’re part of making sure what leaves here reflects the standard of our brand.

What you’ll be doing

• Assist with batching, filling, labeling, and packaging products
• Help prep raw materials, tools, containers, and workstations before production
• Clean and sanitize equipment, bottles, jars, utensils, and surfaces thoroughly
• Follow formulas, checklists, and production procedures carefully
• Help keep inventory organized and flag when supplies or packaging are running low
• Support production days with setup, cleanup, restocking, and general workflow help

• Works clean and stays organized
• Can follow instructions closely without cutting corners
• Shows up on time and takes the work seriously
• Moves with care, consistency, and common sense
• Is comfortable doing repetitive hands-on work for several hours at a time
• Can lift/tote supplies, bins, and equipment as needed (up to ~40 lbs)

Schedule

• Most work will take place on-site in Gloucester City
  
• Additional opportunities may be available during busy seasons, launches, and market prep periods

Pay

• Starting at $16/hr+ depending on experience and fit
• Mandatory (paid) training required
• Opportunity to grow into larger production responsibilities over time
