Our Magnesium Spray is 40% magnesium chloride, while our Magnesium Butter is 10% magnesium chloride. That means the spray is more concentrated, while the butter provides a gentler, more hydrating way to absorb magnesium. Magnesium Spray: You need about 15-20 sprays to get 300-400 mg of magnesium, which is close to the recommended daily amount for most adults.
