How to Use
Our magnesium sprays are made with a 40% magnesium chloride solution.
Each spray delivers a fine mist—approximately 10 mg of magnesium chloride per spritz.
This is a topical cosmetic product, not a dietary supplement, so we describe the mineral content
rather than how much your body absorbs.

For daily use: Mist 5–10 sprays onto clean skin and massage gently. Common areas include legs, arms, or the bottoms of feet.

For relaxation: Many people enjoy applying to shoulders, calves, or the back of the neck as part of their evening routine.

Aromatic blends: Some of our sprays include natural hydrosols, adding a light botanical aroma to your self-care ritual.
Everyone’s skin is different—start with a small amount, especially if you have sensitive skin.
